About the Role:
Join Kinetic Rehab and Spine as a Rehabilitation Aide, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our dedicated team in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises.
- Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is clean and functional.
- Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to therapists during sessions.
- Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as required.
- Support administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient intake.
- Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing staff training and development.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health sciences is a plus.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care practices.
- Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Current CPR certification is a plus.
